Event registration, payment and badges in one plugin
The problem
Dagorà runs summits, workshops and community events all year. Each needed registration, ticketing with coupons and invitations, payment, badges at the door and a clean hand-off to the CRM, and off-the-shelf event plugins covered some of that badly and the rest not at all.
What we built
Eventer is our WordPress event-management plugin, built for Dagorà and refined over several years and many events. Registration forms, coupon and invitation logic, Stripe Checkout, PDF badges with scannable barcodes and HubSpot sync all live in one place, with an admin area the team actually enjoys using.
From sign-up to scanned badge without a spreadsheet
A registration goes through validation, coupon checks and payment, then confirms itself, adds the contact to the right HubSpot list and issues a badge link. At the door, badges scan against the same record. Nobody exports a CSV at midnight before the event.
The plugin is currently being rewritten on cleaner foundations, and this case study will grow with it.
