Bedford Coding Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs this website. We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible, and we only use what you give us to reply to you.

What we collect

Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party services. Fonts, images and scripts are all served from our own domain.

The contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, optional company name and message you type, plus the country your connection appears to come from. That is used to reply to you and for nothing else.

How your message travels

Form submissions are handled at the edge by Cloudflare, who host this site, and delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service. Neither is given permission to use your details for anything except passing the message on. Your message then lives in our email like any other correspondence.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bedfordcoding.com and we will sort it out promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
