Design from Calderdale, built to last
I’ve been a graphic designer for over a decade, across brand, identity, editorial and web, from print runs to platforms used by thousands of people a day. I live in Halifax and work from here, with Matt, a developer in Monza, building what I design.
Most of my local work is for businesses that need the whole thing to hang together: a logo that works on a van and a phone, a website people can actually use, and print that matches. The Halifax Imps cycling club and a craft beer bar in town are two of them.
- Brand and identity
- Websites, designed here and built by Matt
- Print, signage and social media

Where I meet people
Face to face when it helps, remotely when it doesn’t. Either way you talk to the person doing the work.
-
Siddal and Halifax
Home ground. A coffee in town or a visit to your premises, whichever suits.
-
Brighouse, Elland, Sowerby Bridge, Hebden Bridge
Calderdale is small. I’ll come to you.
-
Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds and anywhere within fifty miles
Half an hour to an hour in the car. Worth it for a first meeting, and for the handover.
-
Everywhere else
A call, a shared screen and the same design process. Clients in Switzerland and Italy work this way and it works fine.
Halifax, and the fifty miles around it
