An integrated events platform for Swiss innovation
The problem
Dagorà drives innovation in Ticino, the Italian-speaking south of Switzerland. It runs a community of member companies, a calendar of events and summits, and a network of partners, and all of that lived in disconnected tools with people re-typing the same information between them.
They needed one platform: a website that is also the events machine, the membership directory and the lead-capture front end, all talking to the CRM they already ran.
What we built
We built their platform on WordPress with custom themes and plugins we own. Event management, registration and payment run through our Eventer plugin. Members, companies and spaces are structured content with their own administration areas.
Lead capture and registrations sync to HubSpot automatically, so a sign-up on the site becomes a contact, a list membership and a follow-up without anyone copying anything. Custom admin areas built in SlimPHP handle the back-office work that WordPress was never designed for.

A community that grows its own tools
The most interesting part of the platform is how much has been built on top of it since. ConnectAI matches members to partners using AI over the directory. Reporting tools pull event and community data together for the team. Structured data across the site keeps Dagorà visible to search engines and AI assistants alike.
Because the foundations are ours, each new idea is an addition rather than a migration. The platform has run every Dagorà event for several years, including the e-Luxury Summit.
- 120+member companies in the directory
